Welcome to Queenstown!
Our adventure begins as everyone arrives in Queenstown, the adventure capital of New Zealand. Once the group is together, we kick things off with a visit to the iconic Kawarau Bungy Bridge—an awesome spot to soak in the scenery, watch the jumpers, and get a taste of Queenstown’s adrenaline‑charged atmosphere. Next, we head to the historic gold‑mining village of Arrowtown. Students can wander the charming streets, explore the old Chinese settlement, and enjoy the unique mix of history and alpine beauty. In the afternoon, we ride the Skyline Gondola to one of the best viewpoints in the region. For those keen on a bit more action, luging is available—always a favourite and a great way to bond as a group. We wrap up the day collecting our gear for the mountains for the next few days!

Explore the Area of Queenstown
After five full days on the mountains, we enjoy a well‑deserved slow start to the morning. Students can relax, sleep in a little, or take some time to wander around Queenstown at their own pace—soaking up the lakeside views, grabbing a coffee, or simply unwinding after an action‑packed week. Late morning, we regroup and take the scenic drive to Glenorchy, one of the most breathtaking routes in New Zealand. The journey itself is a highlight, with dramatic mountains, deep blue water, and winding roads that make every moment feel like a postcard. Once in Glenorchy, there’s time to explore the small lakeside town, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and take in the stunning scenery one last time. Before we head to the airport, students have the chance to do any final shopping—whether it’s souvenirs, snacks for the flight, or last‑minute gifts.
